Our Home
Silver Juglans Holiday Home is a luxury accommodation hidden in the peaceful village of Novo Selo, just 7 km from the nearest town, Čazma.
The house is built from old oak on the outside, presenting a beautiful replica of traditional houses typical of the eastern part of Croatia. The interior is decorated in a charming vintage style and equipped to modern standards, combining tradition with comfort.
The house offers comfortable accommodation with modern amenities, including TV, free WiFi, and a spacious yard. A seasonal outdoor swimming pool, sauna, garden, and terrace create the perfect setting to relax and enjoy your stay. Guests can also enjoy table tennis and darts, while free garage parking is available.
This air-conditioned villa features two separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a west-oriented dining terrace, ensuring you never miss a beautiful sunset.

Organic Garden
Not only do we take care of comfortable accommodation, but we also invite our guests to enjoy fully organically grown vegetables and fruits, rich in flavours and aromas that instantly take us back to childhood.
On more than 5,000 m² of land, we grow traditional varieties of apples, cherries, pears, plums, apricots, sour cherries, strawberries, and several types of berries.
Moreover, as a small family business, we also cultivate walnut and hazelnut seedlings on more than 12 hectares of land.
Due to limited production capacity and depending on the season, you can enjoy homemade juices and jams made from plums, sour cherries, apricots, elderflower, dandelion flowers, nettle, mint, and many other natural ingredients. Guests are warmly invited to hand-pick fresh seasonal fruit and vegetables directly from the garden, experiencing the rhythm of rural life at its finest.
Some traditional homemade preserves and liqueurs are available throughout the year, including homemade ajvar, tomato sauce, a variety of herbal teas, and especially homemade liqueurs made from walnut, pine needles, sour cherry, sweet cherry, rose petals, grapes, plums, figs, and other seasonal fruits.

Activites
Although our home offers a quiet and peaceful atmosphere for relaxation, you certainly won't miss a variety of activities. The countryside offers a wide range of activities for guests who enjoy nature, relaxation, and outdoor adventures. The area is perfect for cycling and walking, with numerous scenic routes passing through peaceful villages and breathtaking forests.
The local forests also offer many delicious mushrooms that you can try to find in spring, and especially in autumn. However, always be careful with mushrooms — as the locals like to joke that some of them are “only edible once”.
Moreover, if you are willing to learn more about agriculture, you are welcome to participate in seasonal garden work, as well as in our orchard.
