Silver Juglans Holiday Home**** is a luxury accommodation hidden in the peaceful village of Novo Selo, just 7 km from the nearest town, Čazma, and less than 70 km from capital of Croatia, Zagreb
The house is built from old oak on the outside, a traditional material widely used in the construction of houses in eastern Croatia during the 18th and 19th centuries, presenting a beautiful replica of traditional houses typical of the region.
The interior is decorated in a charming vintage style and equipped to modern standards, including all modern appliances necessary for full functionality, combining tradition with modern comfort.
This air-conditioned villa features two separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen, along with TV and free WiFi access throughout the property.
A seasonal outdoor swimming pool on a spacious south-facing terrace, featuring an outdoor shower, along with a sauna, garden, and a west-oriented dining terrace, creates the perfect setting to relax and enjoy your stay.
Guests have access to the private garage parking space, as well as ample outdoor parking space for multiple vehicles. The garage area also offers table tennis and darts for guests to enjoy.
Our Garden
Not only do we take care of comfortable accommodation, but we also invite our guests to enjoy fully organically grown vegetables and fruits, rich in flavours and aromas that instantly take us back to childhood.
On more than 5,000 m² of land, we grow traditional varieties of apples, cherries, pears, plums, apricots, sour cherries and several types of berries. As a small family business, we also cultivate walnut and hazelnut seedlings on more than 12 hectares of land.
Depending on the season, you can enjoy homemade juices and jams made from plums, sour cherries, apricots, elderflower, dandelion flowers, nettle, mint, and many other natural ingredients.
Guests are free to choose from our seasonal selection of fruits and vegetables, freshly harvested upon request and served in their most natural and flavorful state.
Various types of traditional homemade preserves and liqueurs are available throughout the year, including homemade ajvar, tomato sauce, a selection of herbal teas, and more.

Activities
Our holiday home offers the pleasure of a large saltwater swimming pool, perfect for relaxation and refreshment on warm days. Guests can also unwind in the sauna or simply relax on a hanging daybed, nestled in the deep shade of the surrounding pine forest.
The surrounding countryside offers a wide range of activities for guests who enjoy nature, relaxation, and outdoor adventures. The area is ideal for cycling and walking through breathtaking forests, allowing visitors to discover the beauty of the region at their own pace.
The local forests also offer many delicious mushrooms that you can try to find in spring, and especially in autumn. However, always be careful with mushrooms — as the locals like to joke that some of them are “only edible once”.
Guests seeking a more adventurous experience can enjoy exciting quad bike tours and scenic horseback riding excursions, available locally at an additional charge.
Moreover, if you are willing to learn more about agriculture, you are welcome to participate in seasonal garden work, as well as in our orchard.

Guests are free to choose from our seasonal selection of fruits and vegetables, freshly harvested upon request and served in their most natural and flavorful state.
